Free Exercise Class for Adults:
Gentle exercise for adults will take place on Tuesdays mornings, 9:30 – 10:00, beginning April 24, for six weeks (through May 29). This is good for stretching and balance, and can be done sitting on a chair or standing. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water and perhaps a small towel, and 2 cans of soup to use as weights. This is a free class and will be conducted by a certified aerobics instructor. Class will be held in room 128 in the parish center. Call the parish office at 763-784-1329 to sign-up or simply show up!
